Born 2nd January 1985 in Melbourne, Victoria, Damien attended Melbourne’s Sandringham Secondary College between the years of 1995 and 2001, whilst at the same time building an acting career. His early appearances included cancer patient Charlie Moyes in several 1996 episodes of Neighbours, as well as small roles in Snowy River: The MacGregor Saga and Ocean Girl. Between 1998 and 2001, he regularly appeared as Ram in the children’s adventure series, Crash Zone, whilst also making a second guest appearance in Neighbours as Liam Rigby.
Between 2002 and 2005, Damien went on to make numerous television appearances, with guest roles in series including Marshall Law and Blue Heelers, as well as regular roles in various popular children’s television series including Guinevere Jones, Short Cuts and Bootleg. In 2005, Damien appeared as Damo in the film version of Hating Alison Ashley alongside Delta Goodrem, as well as making his first appearance on Neighbours as the regular character of Dylan Timmins.
Damien played the popular role of hot-head Dylan for two years, finishing filming with the show in November 2006. He has since moved to Los Angeles, with fellow Neighbours actress Dichen Lachman, where he is looking for new roles.
