In mid-1992, after his marriage had almost ended following an affair with his sister-in-law Caroline, Paul Robinson renewed his marriage vows with Christina and accepted a job managing a hotel on the island paradise of Hawaii. The placement only lasted a year and when Paul returned to Erinsborough in 1993 for his gran, Helen's birthday party, he committed fraud, leaving Lassiter's manager Philip Martin to take the blame and fleeing to Brazil.

The location of one of the many international branches of Lassiter's hotel. Rick Alessi visited the hotel in 1994, only for his girlfriend Cody Willis to kiss Stonefish at a party in his absence.

Helen Daniels' adoptive daughter Rosemary was based in New York City, and made frequent visits to Erinsborough. In 1994, Debbie Martin, recovering from bulimia, joined Rosemary out there for a year, during which time she had an affair with Rosemary's boyfriend, and personal assistant, Joel. In 1995, Lucy Robinson, also recovering from personal dramas including an alcohol problem, left to work for her Aunt Rosemary in NYC. In 2002, Flick Scully accepted a job from the Lambert family, working at the branch of Lassiter's in New York, and was joined there a few months later by younger sister Michelle, who was on a school exchange. The sisters both decided to stay there and opened a bar together. In 2008, Oliver Barnes, the Erinsborough Lassiter's co-manager, was headhunted and left for New York. In 2009, Elle Robinson moved to New York having accepted a position as Middle East correspondent for the New York News.

In 2004, Lana Crawford, cousin to Sindi Watts, moved to Australia with her family. After a tumultuous few months in Erinsborough, Lana announced that her family were returning to Canada in early 2005.
San Francisco, California, USA

Who visited here: Felicity Scully
In 2002, Tad Reeves accepted a job working as a DJ for Extreme Sports and spent some time out in San Francisco before touring the rest of the USA. He was visited there by Flick Scully, who was trying to escape problems at home for a while.
